WHO EXACTLY IS CREATIVE CANINE TRAINING?

Well, I am about 5'3 and 105 Lbs of dog lover!

I have been training dogs for many years, at least since I was big enough to put on a makeshift collar and leash. I was notorious for bringing home every stray in the neighborhood if I could. I have had many dogs in my 49 years and each one had a job, therefore giving that dog a very important place in my life. Those jobs have spanned from being good companions, to protecting my children in mountain lion country, to working search and rescue dogs who saved lives.

Each dog is trained using positive reinforcement and lots of love and affection. Boundaries are clear and mostly non-negotiable. Each dog has been a part of the family and treated with respect for the place it holds in the pack of kids, goats, horses, and all sorts of wild critters. I believe in training in a respectful way to the dog and my self, understanding each dog will be different and needs to be approached that way.
